Assistant Account Manager


This role will be supporting two Brand Consultants who look after some of JNI’s most exciting clients. We’re looking for dynamic and hard-working individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for administration to join our growing London team!

We have just opened our European office – JNI BV – in beautiful Amsterdam.  So, our customers can continue to receive our seamless ordering and fulfillment services, based in mainland Europe, and with no additional post-Brexit paperwork. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Source products and provide support with quotations and Powerpoint presentations/negotiate prices with suppliers

  • Process orders on the JNI ERP system ensuring the process is followed

  • Raise quotations, sales orders and email to the client for approval

  • Raise suppliers POs and email to suppliers with artwork files

  • Request visuals for approval/pre-production proof samples as per clients’ specifications

  • Check visuals for approvals/pre-production samples against requested specifications before sending to clients for approval

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on a daily basis to ensure all specifications and deadlines are met

  • Update statuses of quotations/sales orders/vendors POs/projects

  • Raise delivery notes and ensure sent to suppliers ahead of the delivery date

  • Track orders and provide POD to clients

  • Ensure sales invoices are raised

  • Ensure suppliers’ invoices are checked and properly allocated to jobs

  • Ensure queries are raised with suppliers and request credit notes when relevant

  • Escalate to VPI issues with suppliers that you cannot resolve and fill in the  Non-Conformity Report



  • Strong eye for detail 

  • Very organised

  • Excellent at prioritizing and managing a variety of tasks at once 

  • Excellent written and spoken English 

  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience in customer service
